BSOD Issues
Information on BSOD occurences.
NOTE: Bluescreen issues usually happen due to some software conflict between the hwid spoofer and your system. Below are listed some common reasons. ✅
Common Issues
Unsupported Windows version. (Custom OS, Windows 11 could sometimes cause issues)
ANY Anti-Virus software must be disabled. Windows Defender or external ones like Norton.
Any external disk-related tools (e.g., crystaldisk) should be uninstalled.
MSI lighting software has been reported to cause issues. Uninstall it.
External disks (e.g., USB drives) must be unplugged and removed.
NOTE: If none of the above troubleshooting has worked, then we recommend doing a fresh installation of Windows, which always 100% fixes the issue(s) you're facing. 🤝
PROVIDE US A MEMORY DUMP
Please follow the steps outlined below carefully to ensure proper debugging of the issue and to prevent future occurrences. While this process may require some additional time and effort, it is essential for maintaining the stability and reliability of our system. (Optional to do)
Press
win + rand writesysdm.cplthen hit enter.Go to the advanced tab, under startup and recovery, click settings
Under
Write debugging information, set this to: Kernel memory dumpSet the dump file path to:
C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP(default is fine)Make sure "Overwrite any existing file" is checked/enabled
Click OK and restart the PC to apply changes (if asked)
Make sure the system drive has enough space available
After a BSOD, the dump will be in:
C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMPYou can zip or 7z the file before sending it (to reduce size)
NOTE: In case the file size is too large, consider using https://mega.io/ to upload the file.
