Has the spoof worked?
Insufficient testing remains a recurring issue, so we've created a dedicated page to guide you in testing our products correctly without using third-party software. This will help you determine whether the spoofer or the cheat is causing your issues, as many cheats are detected. ⚠️
TESTING THE SPOOF
Make sure HWID Spoofing has been followed and the serials have been changed.
For this test, DO NOT use any third-party software such as external or internal cheats, skin changers, scripts, aim assists, or anything that provides a (small) competitive advantage. Regardless of whether it’s undetected, widely used, slotted, private, or even costs $1,000 a month, avoid using it entirely for this test; otherwise, this test is worthless/a waste of time.
Create a new account or use a bought account that has not been kicked before.
Enter the game or server. It is not enough to get into the main menu and assume it works.
Play legit (or idle) for a minimum of 120 minutes. If no kick, the spoofer worked. ✅
NOTE: In the rare event that you receive a ban while the spoofer is listed as undetected and the serials have successfully changed, it may still be due to trace files, even if you used our clean option (for Fortnite). In such cases, we recommend performing a fresh reinstallation of Windows. ⌛️ Reinstall Windows by settings > remove everything > Cloud download > Change settings > Clean data [YES] / Delete files from all drives [YES] / Download Windows [YES] > Confirm & next and wait. This could take 4 to 5 hours. Or, choose to reformat Windows with a USB if you know how to.
